Package Prices (Tent + Tables + Chairs)

Our most popular option is a full package that bundles the tent with a set of round tables and folding chairs. This is what most backyard parties actually need:

• 20×20 Package: $750 — includes tent, 4 round tables, 32 white folding chairs
• 20×30 Package: $1,000 — includes tent, 6 round tables, 50 white folding chairs
• 20×40 Package: $1,250 — includes tent, 8 round tables, 75 white folding chairs

Delivery Distance

Delivery is free within 10 miles of our Johnston location. That covers most of Providence, Cranston, North Providence, and surrounding areas. For addresses beyond 10 miles, a delivery fee applies based on distance.

How Deposits Work

We require a 25% deposit at booking to hold your date. The remaining 75% is invoiced after the event. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than 14 days before your setup date.
